Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions relate to our regular treatments and selected promotions we will run from time to time.  This page is updated regularly as our promotions change so please check back regularly.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Gap Free Mouthguards applies to all patients that are covered by private health insurance – regardless of fund.
  2. Gap Free means that there will be no additional balance of payment after any health insurance benefit is received from your health fund.
  3. A Gap Free mouthguard is limited to one per person per calendar year.  However, your health fund may entitle you to additional services including another mouthguard.
  4. If you require an additional mouthguard then follow this link to make an appointment via our dental practice website.  Click here to use our dental practice booking system.
  5. All promotions are individual and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions.
  6. Where indicated, promotions may be used in conjunction with your private health insurance benefits.
  7. Patients must bring their private health insurance card to any appointment for use during the appointment for immediate deduction of health care benefits.
  8. Patients need to be deemed dentally fit or deemed appropriate before receiving treatment.
  9. Patients with no private health insurance will be provided separate quoting. This quoting may also differ from the terms and conditions that usually apply with GAP free/discounted offers or promotions.
  10. There may be additional fees & charges above the GAP free mouthguard including additional thickness of the mouthguard, name printing, marble or multicolour mouthguards, credit card & merchant fees.
  11. Typically a mouthguard impression appointments takes around 10-15 mins and a Mouthguards take around 2 weeks to produce but can sometimes be quicker depending on the sporting season, volume and capacity from our suppliers

Payment & Fees

  1. Full payment must be made before mouthguard is collected or delivered.
  2. There may be additional fees & charges above the GAP free mouthguard including additional thickness of the mouthguard, name printing, marble or multicolour mouthguards, credit card & merchant fees.
  3. All Fees and charges will be explained and provider before checkout & final payment is taken.
  4. There may be additional costs associate with replacement or 2nd mouthguards within the same calendar year.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers act like a support or scaffold to the skin to help fill in lines and wrinkles to restore a more youthful contour.

The fillers are made of hyaluronic acid; a type of polysaccharide sugar molecule which is naturally found in large quantities throughout our skin. It acts like a sponge and binds with the skin’s own water to keep the skin plumped and soft.

We only use premium biodegradable fillers manufactured in Switzerland and Germany.

PRF

PRF or Platelet Rich Fibrin completely is completely natural and is a distillate from your own blood, rich in platelets, growth factors and white blood cells in a fibrin matrix.

PRF is used extensively in orthopaedic, dental and plastic surgery applications.

The main benefit of PRF is the increased production of collagen and elastin in the skin giving beautiful, youthful light reflection back to the skin. It creates increased vibrancy and luminosity in the skin, helps decrease the appearance of fine lines, decreases pore size, and helps to break up old areas of scarring.

Dermal Micro Needling

Micro-needling involves using a small automated pen with attached sterile micro-needles that is run smoothly over the surface of the skin.

The micro injury and minor bleeding caused then trigger a “wound-healing” response in the skin. This results in increased collagen and elastin, the generation of new skin cells and increased blood supply to the skin.

The result is a thicker epidermis and skin cells turning over at a quicker pace keeping the skin clear and luminous.

Wrinkle Relaxers

Wrinkle relaxers are made from Botulinum Toxin (BTx-A), commonly which is a purified protein and is one of the most commonly used strains of toxin used for therapeutic and cosmetic treatments. It is the most common cosmetic procedure performed in the world today!
