How to get our Mouthguards
Our goal is to ensure it is easy for everyone who would like a premium custom mouthguard to get one. We see patients privately at our surgery, but have also partnered with schools and sporting clubs to arrange pre-planned visits and offer our GAP Free mouthguard services to the entire club and school community with a fund raising opportunity for the school or club.

If your club or school is already a partner with DE Mouthguards, then please contact your school P&C or club representative. Alternatively, you can give us a call on 08 9381 3791.
If you are a school or sporting club, please read on below as we would love to develop a partnership with you and we offer a small fund raising opportunity for your school P&C or sporting club.
Schools
If you are a member of a school staff or P&C association we would be very happy to talk with you about out program which offers a small donation per mouthguard to the school P&C.
Program Highlights:
- We come to your school on pre-arranged scheduled times.
- We offer our Gap Free* Custom Mouthguard service to all students and family members of students at the school.
- Parents can schedule appointments via our free online booking system.
- We can either deliver completed mouthguards to site or arrange for pick ups.
- We offer a donation per mouthguard to the P&C as a school fundraising program. Whilst we hope this is used for sporting equipment to keep kids active that is entirely up to the P&C to decide.
Sporting Clubs
If you are a member of a sporting team, sporting club or sporting district association we believe our program will be ideal for your athletes and sports organisation.
Program Highlights:
- We come to your home ground/stadium or your training facilities at scheduled times.
- We offer our Gap Free* Custom Mouthguard service to all athletes, members and associated family members.
- We allow same day claims, so no need to take your receipt in to your health fund.
- Members & parents can schedule appointments via our free and easy online booking system.
- We can either deliver completed mouthguards to your club or arrange for pick ups.
- We offer a donation per mouthguard to the club, team or organisation.
