About our Custom Mouthguards
Dental Esthetique are proud to partner with the Ocean Ridge Junior Football Club to offer our premium custom No GAP Mouthguards for all of the players and families with dental extras cover, or $130 with no insurance.
For convenience we are organising club visits to take mouthguard impressions, alternatively you can register your preferred dates and times with our team using the links below. If you are unable to attend a club visit date/time we will attempt to book you in at our Subiaco based Dental Surgery.
Item Codes charge to health fund will be a 013 (limited oral exam) & 071 (mouthguard)
Club Visit Bookings
We will be visiting the Club to take impressions on the following days:
Wednesday 4th March, 3pm – 7pm

Gap Free Kids
If your kids are in need of their regular dental check up, we wanted to let you know that we also offer “Gap Free Kids” dental treatment for patients that belong to one of our preferred provider health fund. If your child is covered under a dental extra’s policy with either Medibank, HBF, HCF, nib or CBHF then all check ups and treatments are completely GAP Free with our practice, all year round.
