About our Custom Mouthguards

Dental Esthetique are proud to partner with the Ocean Ridge Eagles to offer our premium custom No GAP Mouthguards for all of the players and families with dental extras cover, or $150 with no insurance.

For convenience we are organising club visits to take mouthguard impressions, alternatively you can register your preferred dates and times with our team using the links below. If you are unable to attend a club visit date/time we will attempt to book you in at our Subiaco based Dental Surgery.

Item Codes charge to health fund will be a 013 (limited oral exam) & 071 (mouthguard)
