About our Custom Mouthguards
Dental Esthetique are proud to partner with the Eastern Blades Hockey Club to offer our premium custom No GAP Mouthguards for all of the players and families with dental extras cover, or $170 with no insurance.
We will not be taking impressions at the club, however please use the Practice Bookings link to book a time and date at our Subiaco based Dental Practice.
Item Codes charge to health fund will be a 013 (limited oral exam) & 071 (mouthguard)

Gap Free Kids
If your kids are in need of their regular dental check up, we wanted to let you know that we also offer “Gap Free Kids” dental treatment for patients that belong to one of our preferred provider health fund. If your child is covered under a dental extra’s policy with either Medibank, HBF, HCF, nib or CBHF then all check ups and treatments are completely GAP Free with our practice, all year round.
